"Whenever I see Manson, he's repeating entire chunks of dialogue and dressed like Kenny," says Lough. "He just walks around dressed like this and fucks with people on the street. If a waiter or valet tells him, 'Have a nice day," he'll respond, 'Don't tell me what to do.' Stuff like that. He's even dressed like this when I'm at his house watching Béatrice Dalle films and Hoarders." I ask Lough what Green thinks of the method role-playing, since he's producing Sisters. "I think David's actually frightened for Danny. Because Manson wants to kidnap Danny on some King of Comedy shit. Danny should be scared." Thankfully, Manson's obsession with KP won't bleed into Sisters, a road trip slasher inspired by the late night soft-core thrillers that were at one time synonymous with the pay-cable channel Cinemax. Lough explains. "His character is named Lars, the leader of a death metal band. He places two beautiful, young drifter girls under mind control to commit heinous acts of murder across the West Coast." One of the girls will be played by Manson's muse, Evan Rachel Wood. "All of the slaying is for a bizarre 'art project' VHS tape," says Lough. "I'm trying to capture the look and feel of the best 'Skinemax' flicks from my childhood." Will any of those well-stemmed starlets make a cameo? "Manson says he's going to holler at Elizabeth Berkley." Whether he'll take off Kenny's mullet first is anyone's guess.

Evan Rachel Wood’s ex-fiancé Marilyn Manson used to wear her clothes and make-up.

The 22-year-old actress began dating the goth rocker in 2006, but they have had a turbulent romance. They split several times before getting engaged earlier this year, but have now ended their relationship again.

In an interview given shortly before the romance broke down, Evan opened up about life with Marilyn. “He borrows my clothes,” she laughed. “Actually, I do borrow a lot of his stuff: T-shirts and hats and gloves. He caught me with one of his knuckle rings and he was like, ‘What?! I’ve been looking for this. You had it the whole time?’ I had to pretend that I didn’t know it was his. So, yeah, I steal his jewellery and he steals my make-up. We’re always fighting over the eyeliner.”

Evan added Marilyn isn’t like the character he plays on stage when he’s away from the limelight. He is famous for wearing different coloured contact lenses and covering his face in while make-up, but at home he is like any other man.

“We’re super-normal. The house is modern, Everything is black and white, including the cats,” she told the British edition of Elle magazine. “We’re quite mushy really. And he doesn’t wear make-up at home.”
